Due to the nature of our work—including custom digital solutions, work hours spent, and non-reusable digital products—we maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
We believe in transparency and fairness, and while refunds are not available, we strive to ensure client satisfaction through revisions and ongoing support. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products & Services
As all our services are customized and digitally delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once work has started or the product has been delivered. This applies to, but is not limited to:

✅ Custom Branding & Graphic Design
✅ SEO & Digital Marketing Services
✅ Web Hosting & Domain Registration
✅ Software Licensing & Digital Subscriptions

Each project involves a significant investment of time, expertise, and intellectual effort, making it non-refundable once work has begun.
2. Non-Cancelable Custom Work & Billable Hours
For Ongoing Projects:
- Once a project has entered the design or development phase, it cannot be canceled and payments will not be refunded.
- If a client chooses to terminate the project early, all completed work up to that point must be paid in full.
For Hourly-Based Services:
- Hours spent on a project cannot be reversed or refunded.
- Clients are billed for any work completed before a cancellation request.
We encourage all clients to clearly define their needs before placing an order to ensure alignment on expectations.
3. Limited Exception – Service Errors & Revisions
We are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our work. While refunds are not offered, we provide:
✅ Revisions & Fixes – If an issue arises due to our mistake, we will correct it at no additional cost.
✅ Project Credit – In certain cases, we may issue project credit, which can be used for future services.
If you believe there is an issue with your project, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hypex.click to request support or a revision.
4. Web Hosting & Domain Name Policy
🚫 No Refunds on Hosting & Domain Registrations
- Domain purchases and hosting services are final and non-refundable once processed.
- Domains are registered in the client’s name and cannot be undone or transferred for a refund.
Please verify your domain name before registration, as changes cannot be made after the purchase is completed.
5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We work transparently and fairly with all clients, and we expect the same in return. Filing a chargeback or dispute against a legitimate purchase violates this policy.
⚠️ Any chargeback or dispute on completed work will result in the immediate termination of all services, including website access, hosting, and domain registrations.
⚠️ Legal action may be taken, and any costs associated with chargebacks will be passed on to the client.
